After considering the Firebug trick mentioned in this post I decided to make a couple Ext related bookmarklets. I figured I would share them so here they are: ( Just drag the links to your bookmark bar or bookmarks )
Replace dom with a single div with an id of “test”: Clear Dom
Log all Ext generated events to the firebug console: Log Ext Events
So now on any Ext based page you can click on the log events bookmarklet and every event fired will be dumped to the console with pertinent information. The other one is the trick that came from the ExtJS site I mentioned in the previous post.
